What a group surf event looks like

A typical corporate session runs 2–3 hours:

1. Beach briefing (20 min): Ocean safety, pop-up technique, and surf etiquette — tailored to total beginners.

2. Guided surf session (90+ min): Instructors in the water with small pods, getting everyone up and riding.

3. Beach hang (optional): Many groups add food, drinks, or just a long debrief on the sand.

We handle everything: boards, wetsuits, leashes, instructors, permits, and logistics. You bring the people.

Group size and format

We've run events from 6 to 60+. The format scales:

• Under 12: One big group with multiple instructors in the water.

• 12–30: Rotating heats — half the group surfs while the other half does beach activities, then swap.

• 30+: Full production with staggered sessions, dedicated coordinators, and branded setups available.

Our standard ratio keeps every pod small enough that no one waits long for coaching.

Lessons, rentals, or both?

Most corporate groups mix it up. Total beginners get full lessons; confident surfers grab rentals and free-surf nearby. We sort it out in advance with a simple headcount form — names, heights, weights, and experience levels — so every board is sized and ready when your group hits the sand.

When to book

Mornings, always — calmer wind, cleaner waves. For large groups, book 2–4 weeks out so we can staff and permit properly. Weekdays are easier than weekends at the popular breaks.
